Some of your data is processed and stored on infrastructure we own and operate in the United Kingdom. This includes our workflow automation platform (n8n), our database (Baserow and PostgreSQL), and our internal analytics (Metabase). These systems are secured with SSH key authentication, firewall rules, encrypted backups, and access is restricted to Synaps-AI only. Backups are stored on a separate local device with 7-day retention. No third party has access to these systems.

Synaps-AI provides AI voice agent setup, AI automation consultancy, and a free AI tools directory for businesses. Additional services including website design and managed hosting may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
All services are quoted individually based on a free consultation. There are no fixed prices. All agreements are month-to-month with no lock-in. Either party can end the arrangement with 30 day's written notice.
Website design includes up to 3 initial drafts. Ongoing hosting and maintenance is included in the monthly fee for as long as the agreement is active.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from AI automation. Results depend on implementation, usage and your specific business context.
AI tools recommended through our directory or newsletter may include affiliate links. Recommendations are based 90% on suitability and 10% on affiliate availability. This is always disclosed.
All intellectual property in websites and automations we build for you is transferred to you on final payment, to the extent permitted by underlying platform licences.
We reserve the right to display your project (anonymised if preferred) as a portfolio example unless you ask us not to.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synaps-AI's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
